After weeks of back pain, the Aunt is having her back surgery today.
The combination of stenosis and a fall left her with so much nerve agitation that by yesterday her feet were numb. The surgery should give her some relief, since they will remove a little bone from a few vertebrae in her lower back. Removing the bone should leave enough room for the nerves to pass through more easily and remove the reason for the pain. Think good thoughts, we head to the hospital in about an hour, surgery scheduled for late morning.

Just a note to let the half dozen blog readers know that the Aunt's surgery went well. She will be going to her room soon.
Don't want to disturb "The Aunt", but glad the surgery is behind her. Give her my love, and tell her I'll be down to go to lunch next week:)
