The chicken flopping in the pictures above could be mistaken for a painful chicken illness, or even death throes. But it's not! After all the rain and wet weather they were just so happy for a nice day with dry dirt for a dirt bath! For some reason this is their favorite spot and they all crowd in and flop around, tossing dirt over themselves and rolling almost onto their backs. Fun to watch once you understand they aren't sick or dying!
