After a nice, relaxing Christmas day where I barely got out of my robe (except to do a great walk with the dogs on the BLM land) what could be better than some demolition and scorched earth the next day?
Here is El Esposo tearing out plaster in the room formerly known as the sunroom.
Since we took out the wall with the bookcases, it isn't really a "room" anymore. It is just one big landing. Maybe a mezzanine. Anyway, El Esposo ground plaster and created dust all day on Friday (and Saturday, too).
Meanwhile...
I waged flame war on weeds! It is a scorched earth policy toward weeds around this house. Oxalis, mallow, you are toast(ed)!

La esposa didn't mention that a water hose is kept very nearby to douse anything that should not be burned-DH
