Our veggie box starts this week and at this time of year lots of what is in the box is greens! So I was excited to see this article on NPR this morning with information and recipes about greens. If you want to see what we are getting in our box this week, click here. High Ground Organics was one of the Two Small Farms CSA that we used to have. This year they are each going solo and HGO got our delivery route when they divided us up.
New recipes, new mix of veggies! It's going to be a green week!
